  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within India):
  1. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders within India. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 7-10 working days. Hand Embroidery Products will be shipped in 10-15 working days. While we partner with some of India's leading logistics companies, their coverage may be limited. If your address is in a location not served by our logistics partners, we will contact you to explore alternative solutions to ensure your order reaches you.

  2. We offer the convenience of Pre-Paid Cash on Delivery (PPCOD) across India, providing our customers with a secure and hassle-free payment option. Please note that a fixed fee of 500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for one product and 1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) for two/more products  will be charged at the time of checkout for this service. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the order is accepted, cancelled, or returned. By choosing the PP-COD option, you acknowledge and accept these terms. PP-COD will not be available for the cart value above 20,000

 

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
  1. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid international orders. Once you place an order, your prepaid items shall be shipped within 10-14 days for international orders. Hand Embroidery Products will be shipped in 14-20 working days

  2. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

  3. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges could include but are not limited to:
  • Address Corrections: If an address correction is needed after your order has been shipped, any additional shipping charges incurred will be your responsibility.

  • Remote Area Fees: Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may incur extra charges as per information received by our shipping partners.

  • Oversized or Heavy Items: Orders containing oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping costs.

  • Customs & Taxes: For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
